The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The toilets were very clean with secure parking for our vehicle. The staff went over and above our expectations to help us. They were very friendly.

The location wasn’t great but the rooms and staff were exceptional. There was a mix up with booking.com however the staff did everything they could to accommodate us, this was very appreciated. The beds were so comfortable and the restaurant food was really good 👍 My 7 year old daughter liked the Christmas decorations.

This is a 'mid-range' traveller's inn, and on that basis the room was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The hotel doesn't look much from the outside but importantly the room was much better than outside appearance might have been anticipated. I left early so didn't experience breakfast. The lively town centre is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and has a couple of malls with plenty of shops and eating places.

Diggers Inn is in the middle of town. There are a lot of shops, restaurants and a market nearby in walking distance. We felt very safe while we were strolling down the streets. All rooms are pretty spacious and have balconies. The bathrooms were quite big as well. There is a café next door, where we had a good breakfast, and a pretty good restaurant in the same complex as well. WiFi was good and there is a safe secluded parking area behind the hotel. There was a fridge in the room and a kettle to make your own coffee or tea ( coffee & tea bags in the room). We enjoyed our stop over at Diggers Inn and can recommend the place.

I liked the fact that the whole family could be accommodated in the same semi-detached space. The room was very clean and had office space, which was wonderful because I needed to do some work.

The place has a history that is basically Francistown. The mine and it embraces the culture in Botswana having cultural decor. I loved the cleanliness especially in the room bathroom. I appreciated the spacious room and clean bedding. I appreciated the balcony area. The place is serene and there is no noise pollution.

We were surprised at how spacious this hotel was. It was a nice historic, colonial hotel with really big bedrooms. It was comfortable and the location in the middle of the town was great. No views (carparks etc) but a nice balcony and just perfect for a stopover when driving through Botswana. There is a nice restaurant/bar with decent food.

The old mining style Figurines. maps, photos felt like a time capsule back to the 1800’s. The room was comfortable and hotel is situated in a convenient location. The restaurant had a great menu and friendly staff. There is ample parking available.

Friendly staff and large, clean rooms. Restaurants for dinner and breakfast are available next to the establishment. This is very helpful after a long journey. Rooms were very comfortable with excellent beds.
